The 2010 Australian Open men’s title has not been determined yet, and Roger Federer is hoping to win tomorrow morning. A Serena/Federer win would be typical. Some would have rather seen an underdog come up from the ranks to win, but that most likely won’t happen this year.
Williams won her title against Justine Henin, a former grand slam champion that came back from retirement as a wildcard in the tournament. However, both sides showcased great sportsmanship. Williams said of her opponent Henin “She can definitely be No. 1, especially with our ranking system, if she keeps doing well.”

It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming tournaments. Henin came in as a wild card, and is coming back from retirement. Serena Williams hasn’t taken a break. If she keeps pressing on, she could give the Williams sisters a run for the money.
